The Level 3 childcare course would suit you if you are currently working in or towards a role where you carry out regular child observations and deliver planned activities for children under 5 years. This course is ideal if you want to learn how to promote a child’s physical, emotional and social development. This is a work based learning programme which your assessor will walk you through, working with you to find out what learning style suits you best and tailoring your assessments to it.

What you need to get on

1. Currently working in a role that follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework 2. Regularly conducting child observations and delivering planned activities for children under 5 years old 3. Seeking to enhance skills in promoting children's physical, emotional, and social development Skill Assessments will be taken prior to being selected, This will help determine you are on the correct level Apprenticeship.
