What Youll Learn Youll refine your foundation and intermediate skills through a wide range of advanced services and creative techniques, taught by industry experts in our high-street commercial salon. Key units include: � Health and safety in a professional setting � Advanced client consultation and support � Hair styling using a variety of techniques � Cut hair to create a variety of looks � Advanced, creative colouring � Creative Hairdressing Design Skills Youll also build essential skills for running or managing a successful salon, including time management, advanced customer service, and working confidently with diverse clients. Your literacy and numeracy will be developed through writing consultations, scheduling appointments, and calculating service pricing. There will also be opportunities for you to take part in trips, seminars and additional enrichment skills throughout the year.
