The BTEC level 3 Extended Certificate is equivalent to one A level. It will prepare you to enter employment or if combined with other qualifications to progress to higher education. The course offers an insight into all aspects of business. You will study four units over the programme of study. The course will link theory with practical application making maximum use of your own experience. The course offers the chance to develop a range of skills as you are assessed through coursework, examination and the observation of practical activity.

Requires four GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and maths and may include a BTEC.
