What the college says
This is a practical, highly flexible course specifically designed to meet the needs of learners wishing to acquire welding skills at an intermediate level. On this course you will work in our fully equipped fabrication and welding workshop.
What you need to get on
Successful completion of City & Guilds 3268 Level 1 or relevant previous experience.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
