This course helps you recognise when someone may be struggling with their Mental Health and gives you the confidence to offer support in a safe, caring way. You’ll learn practical skills, communication techniques and how to promote wellbeing at work. It’s ideal if you want to better understand others or step into support roles. Progression includes Level 3 Mental Health or wider wellbeing and people-focused pathways.
