This one-year Level 2 course is ideal if you are 19+, are already a care worker and you have some responsibility in your workplace or you want to develop your skills to progress in your career. The qualification assesses knowledge and skills relating to the health and social care workforce. It is relevant to job roles such as, but not limited to: senior care assistants, support workers, key workers in residential setting and personal assistants employed directly by the individual they support or their families. What you need to get on
