Learn Scilly have teamed up with mainland training provider In Safe Hands to offer residents on the Isles of Scilly first class e-learning. The Level 2 Course has been devised to meet the legal basic requirements of people preparing, storing and disposing of pre packed food and food that requires handling and cooking. You can start a course in Food Safety in Catering, Retail or Manufacture. There are two options: Option 1: Complete the online course and obtain a certificate of completion Option 2: Complete the online course plus a face to face assessment. Your assessment will be carried out by us- no need to wait for a mainland assessor to visit, when you are ready, just book your assessment date directly with us and take your exam at the Wellbeing Centre
