This Diploma is suitable for school leavers or 19+ learners (fee payable) who want to get started in a career in floristry.This is a practical-based module programme that will show you the basic tricks of the trade, enabling you to move forward into a rewarding new profession.

What you need to get on

Three GCSEs at a grade 3/D or above, including English and Maths.ORA Level 1 Diploma at a Pass or above.You will need to be highly motivated and demonstrate a keen interest in floristry. You will have an interview and parents/carers are welcome to attend the interview. Applicants will also need to present an example of their current work.If you are a mature learner, we may be able to take into consideration your previous experience in your chosen subject.

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
