The Level 2 Diploma is a specialist practical and vocational qualification. You learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations,activities and demands. What you need to get on

A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 9 - 3 including a grade 4 in either maths or English and a Level 1 qualification.

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
