It also includes training in the maintenance and repair of low voltage and mechanical systems on hybrid and electric vehicles. What you need to get on

City & Guilds Entry Requirements: Students must demonstrate a clear interest in vehicles and mechanical things. They must complete an interview, which includes a mechanical aptitude assessment or hold a Level 1 Diploma in Motor Vehicle Maintenance at a Pass grade or above. Applicants must also hold GCSE English and maths qualifications at grade 3 or above.

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
