This qualification aims to improve your understanding of nutrition and health, covering factors such as the principles of healthy eating and weight management, nutrition in the context of eating disorders and how to prepare food safely in a home environment. This is an online course. You will receive your welcome email with your course login details and further information within 48 hours of enrolment. On completion of the course you may be interested in doing Level 2 Gym Leader or the Level 3 Personal Trainer with the BSDC which is partnership with CIMSPA.
