This qualification explores possible causes which could explain why people behave as they do, helping you to develop your understanding and deal with these situations in an appropriate way. This course is suitable for individuals working in a workplace environment or education setting that may encounter challenging behaviour. This course investigates the difference between conflict and behaviour that challenges, and aggression vs assertive behaviour. You will look at the impact and possible justification for these behaviours, considering what the root cause could be. This course will equip you with pro-active strategies to support positive behaviour. This is an online course. You will receive your welcome email with further details within 48 hours of enrolment. Once you have enrolled, you will be asked to provide a copy of an official form of ID, such as passport, before receiving your login details.
