This qualification has been developed to provide learners with a comprehensive introduction to the practices and processes of engineering technologies. It covers knowledge, understanding and skills that are relevant to a variety of careers and study routes within the engineering industry and takes a hands-on approach to engineering training.
What you need to get on
You will need 4 GCSE's at grade 2 or above to include English and Maths. GCSE Science grade 2 or above is preferred, but not essential. You will need to demonstrate an enthusiasm for engineering at your interview.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

A first step that builds towards Level 2.
