The Level 1 BTEC Introductory Diploma in Public Services is a practical, work-related course designed to help you develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to progress into further study, training, or employment within the public services sector.
What you need to get on
To join this course, you are required to have *4 GCSEs at grades 9?2 (A?E)**, one of which must be English (or an equivalent). You must have an interest in Public Services. Previous experience of public services is not required to secure a place on the course.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
