Greater Manchester residents only. This qualification course is for anyone wanting to work in the adult social care sector, as a refresher if you are returning to work, or for personal interest. To develop a basic understanding and knowledge around working in the adult social care sector.
What you need to get on
It is recommended that you possess a Functional Skills English qualification or equivalent and have an interest in the social care field. You will need good ICT Skills an eleCENTREonic tablet, PC or laptop with good internet access to support working on Moodle which is Oldham Lifelong Learning’s virtual learning platform.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

A first step that builds towards Level 2.
