"Explore the digital world in this beginner-friendly course covering essential tech skills, online tools, and digital confidence for everyday life and work. You will gain confidence using digital devices like smartphones, tablets, and computers in everyday life, understand key digital terms and functions in a clear, jargon-free way, learn how to send and receive emails, including how to attach photos or documents, browse the internet safely, avoiding scams and protecting personal information, use video calling tools to stay connected with family and friends. You'll also learn how to access online services such as GP appointments, shopping, and banking, recognise and manage common tech issues, like Wi-Fi problems or forgotten passwords."
