What the college says

The Progression Curriculum supports students with or without learning needs through a range of courses in Employability, Personal and Social Development skills. Our courses range from Entry 2 to Level 1. Maths and English will be studied at the appropriate level as part of your programme. These courses will help support students to develop progression pathways into further studies or employment. At interview and through initial assessments we will determine the main level of study. The programme focuses on developing skills in independence, employability, personal and social development. Within these courses students will have the opportunity to participate in work experience and community-based projects to develop the above skills. We will ensure that the student is on the correct level after assessments and qualification certificates have been ascertained. All of our study programmes are full time and will be timetabled between 3 to 5 days a week This is a study programme which includes English, maths and work experience in addition to your main programme
