A practical nationwide 12 month lean programme available to all sectors across England. Nurture 4 Growth will support a team of learners (9-12) to add value to their business, by implementing 3-5 improvement projects into a work area/s. Too date Nurture 4 Growth have saved clients in excess of £70m, educating staff in lean tools for a sustainable continuous improvement culture. The learners also gain 6 apprenticeship qualifications including the NVQ Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques, the Technical Certificate in Business Improvement Techniques, English and Maths for data analysis, cost benefits and project storyboard compilation. This programme supports existing continuous improvement cultures and a company embarking on a lean philosophy. The learner will be equipped with a lean tool box to take to further areas across the company they will also reduce the bottom line, enhance quality and on time delivery and improve confidence, communication skills, data analysis, presentations and team working.
