It is particularly suited to practising team leaders looking to move up the career ladder, or managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. The course is also ideal for employers who wish to develop existing staff who aspire to manage teams, or who are already leading a team but want to develop their skills and knowledge whilst gaining a recognised Level 3 qualification.
