This course looks at the way the law works, how law is made and the people involved in the law. In the first year you will study topics including: Dispute Solving, Understanding Law-making, Aspects of Legal Liability. In the second year, you will cover the following specialist units: Homicide and Police Powers and Tort Law.These six units provide a solid foundation in legal studies, preparing students for further education or for applying legal principles in their personal and professional lives. This course equips learners with the skills to study, analyse, apply and evaluate legal issues, rules, and principles. They will learn to construct clear, coherent arguments and appreciate multiple on legal matters.

What you need to get on

Five GCSEs grade 9-4 and a satisfactory schoolreference. Including English Language at grade 5 and maths at grade 4 as a minimum.
