What is the course about Law impacts on every aspect of our lives, the way we interact with one another as individuals, between organisations and countries. It links all aspects of society. Topics in this course include: The legal system Law making Criminal law The law of tort The nature of law Human rights law. The course will explore law beyond the classroom and will involve visits to Magistrate and Crown Courts and the Houses of Parliament.
