What the college says

Advanced Level 2 year course. Students will study the English legal system, criminal liability, the tort of negligence occupiers' liability and nuisance, criminal law including murder and manslaughter. Areas of jurisprudence, such as the relationship between law and morality will also be covered. No previous experience of the subject is necessary. You will need good written communication skills, as Law is an academic subject requiring essay writing. You will need to be able to recall large amounts of information including definitions, case names, facts and legal principles.
