As a Law student at OSFC you will develop the knowledge and skills to debate important concepts such as justice and equality. You will see how Law is made and its operation and effect on our everyday lives in England and Wales. You'll study areas of criminal, tort and contract topics, as well as the nature of Law. These include areas such as non-fatal offences, fatal offences, negligence, morality and justice. It's a fascinating subject that aims to help you develop transferable skills such as analysis, evaluation and problem solving.

What you need to get on

A minimum of 5 passes (grade 4 or above) at GCSE, including in both English and Maths (not including Level 2 vocational qualifications).

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.

The A-level-equivalent step, and what universities and employers ask for.
