This nationally recognised City & Guilds ITQ Level 3 (for IT Users) course develops skills and knowledge that learners require for a career in and/or in using IT. The courses are designed to meet the needs of today’s businesses. This is a hands-on, applied qualification to give learners a chance to gain a nationally recognised vocational qualification and progress to employment or further education in the IT sector. Course content Learners work through sequential and progressive programmes to achieve units, award (3 units) or certificate (5 units). The units offered are: • Database software • Desktop publishing software • Presentation software • Spreadsheet software • Word processing software • Improving productivity through IT
What you need to get on
Evidence of competence at level 2 which will be assessed through diagnostic testing prior to start of course. This process will ensure we place the right applicant at the correct level to enable them to progress and achieve.
