This is a part time study programme that you will be required to attend two days a week over a ten week period. Upon completion of teaching for all 5 mandatory units, youll undertake an examination. Passing this exam is necessary to obtain the qualification. You will learn through a variety of teaching methods which will aim to meet the needs of each individual and accommodate different learning styles. These methods include case studies, assessments, group work, practical work, projects and interactive activities. Throughout the course you will study 5 units in total. These include: Devices and Handling Information: Learn the ins and outs of digital devices, from smartphones to laptops and discover how to handle information effectively and safely. Creating and Editing: Unleash your creativity, as you explore the art of creating and editing digital content. From documents to multimedia presentations, you'll master the tools to bring your ideas to life! Communicating: Unlock the power of effective communication, whether it's crafting professional emails or engaging in online discussions, you'll learn to express yourself with clarity and confidence. Transacting: Navigate the world of online transactions with ease and security. From online shopping to digital banking, you'll gain the skills to conduct transactions seamlessly in the digital marketplace. How you are assessed
Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
