As the course is a continuation from the 90 Credit Diploma, its main objective is to extend on prior learning, develop more technical skills, whilst encouraging independent creative learning. The aim is to provide students with the skills they need to work adequately in Employment or Higher Education.--This course is part of a wider study programme, which includes a tutorial and personal development element, work experience opportunities through outside set projects and design challenges, development of English and Maths Skills through embedded activities.
What you need to get on
You must have achieved a 90 Credit Diploma in Art & Design, ideally within Interactive Design or Graphic Design, with a Pass grade in order to progress onto the Extended Diploma. We are happy to accept people from other institutes who have completed a 90 Credit Diploma. In this case we will require a list of units already achieved and have this verified by your previous tutor/college.
