Our Improve your English skills course will help you with your first steps back into English, you will refresh your skills and improve your reading and writing confidence, which will help you in your personal and work life. This course is also ideal for you if you want to achieve a functional skills qualification but are not yet ready or gain confidence in everyday task such as: • Supporting with your children's English homework • Writing persuasive letters and reports • Being creative and writing stories and poem • Being confident in public speaking and delivering presentations • Identifying relevant information from pieces of text • Confidence to progress into formal English qualifications

You will need English at Entry Level 3 or higher.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
