As part of the History A level students will study Germany and West Germany, The rise and fall of Fascism in Italy, Rebellion and disorder of the Tudors and 20th century study with focus on Germany. Students need to have an interest in the world and society and how it has developed, like learning about people, how they interact and what motivates them. They should enjoy discussion, debate and argument to develop views, and enjoy research and analysing material to check for reliability and propaganda.

APS 4 including 3 GCSEs at Grade 5. Where History has been studied at GCSE a grade 4 is required
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
