The course is designed to offer you the opportunity to study a wide variety of topics and periods in depth and in breadth. You will develop expertise in a variety of skills, and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the periods studied. You will learn using a variety of teaching styles, such as lecture, group work, student-led seminars and individual research.

A minimum of grade 6 at GCSE in History or similar if you haven't studied History. Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths
