What the college says

The Level 3 Diploma course is designed for care workers & support staff that are currently looking to increase their responsibilities and progress. The course is suitable for anyone working in the public, private & voluntary Health & Social Care sector. The Level 3 is becoming the desired qualification level across the UK. Learners must achieve a min of 58 credits to achieve the qualification. The award is made up of 28 mandatory credits and 30 credits from the optional units. Learner's pathways can be selected from the generic pathway, learning disabilities or dementia to tailor the award to the service users they support. This qualification will allow the learner to progress into a more senior role as well as start the route of progression into management or university. An experienced Health & Social Care assessor will support the learners on a 1-2-1 basis or group basis including planning, assessments & feedback

What you need to get on

All learners are welcome to apply for our work based training programmes. There is a range of fully / part funded QCF Diploma and Apprenticeship options available. 24+ Learner loan is also available for this qualification. Our only requirement is that the learner is currently working in the role that requires the level being studied. It is difficult to provide managerial evidence if you are new to the industry and only completed Induction training.
