What the college says

Health & Social Care is an applied subject which means that theory is linked to practice both through case study work and the opportunity to partake in a work placement. Health & Social Care is a broad based course which provides knowledge and understanding of a wide range of client groups within the contexts of healthcare and social care. It is therefore useful both for those considering a career in care and those interested in working with people in any context.
