This course gives you the opportunity to acquire and develop generic, transferable and sector-specific skills for Health and Social Care in order to complete tasks and demonstrate a level of achievement that enables you to progress to further learning. The Certificate offers an introduction to the health and social care sector before then allowing you to progress onto the diploma - gives you the opportunity to develop a broader range of skills in the health and social care sector - later in the academic year. On the course you’ll learn about health and social care services, communication skills required for the sector, how to advise others about healthy lifestyles and much more.
