This course will help you develop independence and confidence in using skills that are relevant to all sectors, not just health and social care. You will explore equality, diversity and rights in health and social care, with a particular focus on The Equality Act of 2010. You will understand the principles and values that underpin the need for a person- centred approach to care and how individuals with mental health conditions can be cared for and supported in a way which is suitable for their needs.
What you need to get on
4 or above in science (if separate sciences this ideally needs to be biology) or 4-4 in combined science. Grade 4 or above in English
