This course is taught in one year and is equivalent to one GCSE. Cambridge Technicals in Health and Social Care offer an introduction into the health and social care sector; students develop the underpinning knowledge as well as practical and personal skills required to work in this sector. Students will learn how to deliver person-centred care and support to meet the needs of a variety of service-users, you will learn the importance of effective communication and individual rights through life events. If you are interested in working within the health care sector in the future, then this is a stepping stone to a fulfilling career.
