The Extended Certificate is for students who are interested in learning about the health and social care sector alongside other fields of study. General entry requirements: Grade 4 in English Language and Maths together with 3 other GCSE grades at grade 4 or above is the minimum requirement to enter Hillview Sixth Form. Any Science GCSE at a 4 or above and GCSE English Language and Maths grade 4 or above.
