If you want to work as a hairdresser this course will set you on the path to a successful career in the industry.This one year course will teach you essential hairdressing knowledge, skills and techniques, from styling hair, customer service and health and safety in the salon. with the aim to prepare you for salon life.Upon successful completion of L1 Hairdressing course and sufficient progress made in English and maths your career pathway could lead you to the next level of skills in hairdressing, barbering either as a full time students or as an apprentice.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to achieve Level 1 English and maths by the end of the course through an initial assessment.
