If you enjoy meeting people and have a confident and outgoing personality, then studying hairdressing is an excellent choice. This Level 3 course will expand your practical and theoretical knowledge to include intermediate techniques, creating highly professional looks and finishes. Working in the College’s fully equipped commercial salon, you will be provided with an excellent learning environment for hairdressing. This qualification is the equivalent of up to 112 UCAS Points.

What you need to get on

A minimum of five GSCEs at grade 4, including English and/or maths or successful completion of a relevant Level 2 qualification at merit grade and good progress with English and maths, ideally GCSE grade 4 or equivalent.

How you are assessed

Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
