What the college says
Geography covers both physical and human environments and the complex interaction of processes that shape our world. As part of the course you will study topics in physical and human geography such as coastal systems, and global governance. You will also carry out an individual investigation using data collected in the field. Career prospects include; geological assistant, development analyst, country or rural planner, environmental consultant, cartographer, recycling manager, weather analyst, park ranger, travel agent, soil conservationist, landscape architect, water/land manager and jobs in tourism.
