What the college says

You will be studying the ways in which Language and Literature are used to communicate ideas and feelings and developing your own skills in the use of spoken and written English. This will involve reading texts from other cultures and traditions, a Shakespeare play, poetry and extracts as well as spoken texts. You will have to read at least two 'major' texts and you have to write at least four assignments during the year, including one piece of original writing and a response to Media.
