GCE A Level in Physics A
at Cedars Upper School, Leighton Buzzard · school or sixth form
What the college says
Do you enjoy learning how things work? Do you enjoy solving complex problems through experimentation and mathematics? If so then studying A level Physics is the subject for you! Join us to explore the universe from the big structures of stars and black holes through to the smallest structures, holding our protons and neutrons together. We work in small classes learning through practical experimentation and theoretical learning. This is followed up with regular assessment to help prepare for your exams at the end of year 13. We encourage research around the subject and encourage deep thought about the relationships between quantities.
