The AQA A Level Physics course is interesting, exciting and relevant to the real world. The focus upon practical work, and the range of optional topics available for Year 13, make this a particularly attractive specification for teaching and learning. Students will learn about measurements and their errors, particles and radiation, waves, mechanics and energy, electricity, further mechanics and thermal physics, fields and nuclear physics. In addition, one optional subject will be studied in greater depth in the second year from a range including astrophysics, medical physics and engineering physics
