The Physics GCE will be taught through a concept-led approach. This approach begins with a study of the laws, theories and models of Physics and finishes with an exploration of their practical applications. Time in class will be spent both studying the theoretical aspects of Physics and investigating the practical aspects through experimentation. Individual work, group work, class discussion and personal research will all play important roles in developing students' understanding of the topics covered and of How Science Works - the exploration of how scientific knowledge is developed, validated and communicated by the scientific community.
