What the college says
A Level History is an engaging course of study which provides the opportunity to study the history of more than one country and the history of more than one period. Students will investigate aspects of the past in breadth, through periods or themes, and in-depth. Significant individuals, societies, events, developments and issues will be explored in order to see connections, draw comparisons and form and support their own interpretation.

grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths Grade 6 in History

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
