What the college says

Students will study a film and a piece of French literature in-depth. Students will complete an Independent Research Project in French, forming the basis for a discussion in the speaking exam. Topics in year 1 are: Aspects of French-speaking society; current trends and artistic culture in the French-speaking world. In year 2 the topics are: Multiculturalism in French-speaking society and current issues and aspects of political life in the French-speaking world.

What you need to get on

Grade 9-5 (A*-C) in five GCSEs including English and Mathematics.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
