Students follow Eduqas Film Studies. The course offers the opportunity to develop an appreciation of all types of film. Students are exposed to a wide range of film material including the early work of Lumière, French foreign new wave films and British Hammer horror.
What you need to get on
Grade 5 GCSE English Language. Observational and analytical skills are required, plus an interest in watching and creating film.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
