The course is centred around three key skills; • Performance - Being the best dancer you can be. Building your technique and artistic style. • Choreography - Developing your creativity and understanding of how to make dances to engage audiences and the examiner. • Critical Engagement (appreciating dance) - Being able to talk and write about professional choreographers, their signature style, dance works and themes.

What you need to get on

6 GCSE/BTEC passes at Level 4 or above. It is desirable to achieve a Level 5 or above in this subject at GCSE (or a related subject).

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
