Computer Science is very different to ICT; ICT teaches you how to use the computer software packages whereas we will teach you how the computer works. The course is not about learning to use tools, software or just programming, instead the emphasis is on computational thinking. Computational Thinking is type of reasoning used by both humans and machines, using abstraction and decomposition to solve problems, making it an important life skill and an integral component to computer systems. You will delve into the core of computer systems understand what can be computed and how to compute it and study a variety of physical and logical aspects of Computer Science.
