At Advanced Level students work in projects very similar to GCSE but they research, investigate and analyse their subjects in much greater depth. They are expected to explore their own creativity through the development of ideas and the production of independent artwork that is personal to the student and tackles a range of important issues. If you have a genuine enthusiasm for Art and a commitment to achieving the best you can, we have the ability to support you in your quest for success in this subject.
What you need to get on
GCSE Grade 7 (minimum) in Art or a portfolio that reflects a similar standard of work in the view of the department.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
