Biology A level is a challenging but fascinating course which offers an insight into a broad range of topics from human biology, biochemistry, genetics and ecology. Students will complete a series of practicals designed to challenge problem solving and analytical thinking to draw conclusions. Practicals are designed to mirror degree level situations to prepare students for university. The course prepares students for wider study in s diverse range of fields including medicine, physiotherapy and research sciences. Biology A level is taught by expert teachers who themselves have a wide range of scientific backgrounds including NHS research, PHDs in plant bioenergetics and forensic science.
