What the college says

Our Functional Skills English Level 2 course is designed to enhance your essential communication skills for real-world scenarios. This course focuses on three key areas: reading, writing, and speaking and listening. Level 2 Functional Skills is equivalent to a pass in GCSE English Language and is considered the ‘golden ticket’ to many employment and higher education opportunities. We recommend you apply for our other Functional Skills courses if you do not already have these qualifications as they are useful certificates to have for work and volunteering, as well as enhancing your everyday essential skills.
